A Workshop on
Human rights and how they can be used locally to build new relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
- Get to know human rights – yours, your family’s, and your community’s - discrimination, housing, health services, education, poverty, etc.
- Learn how international human rights systems and instruments can be used in Canada to ensure human rights are respected
- Use human rights principles and values to strengthen joint initiatives and build relationships
